Every summer's bottleneck
Bar ice machines are sized for an average day, not a 35 °C Saturday with a packed beach. The ice runs out, someone is sent to the supermarket for bags of hollow ice that vanishes in minutes, and the cocktails come out watery.
With pre-booked drops of food-grade Hoshizaki ice, your freezer is always stocked and the machine becomes the back-up, not the bottleneck.
What beach bars order most
- Classic cubes in 5 kg bags — volume for soft drinks, beer buckets and sangria
- Crushed ice — caipirinhas, mojitos and drinks displays
- Collins spears — tall G&Ts
- Spheres or 5 cm cubes — spirits and signature cocktails
Scheduled supply for the season
From June to September we run planned routes. We agree fixed delivery days and a base quantity with you, then top up for weekends, bank holidays and local events such as summer concerts or the Olhão Seafood Festival.
Cocktail bars that want consistent large-format ice all year round can also book deliveries out of season.
A freezer for your bar
