Planning from abroad?
Most couples who marry in the Algarve fly in from the UK, Ireland, Germany or the Netherlands and plan everything remotely. We work directly with you or your wedding planner by email and WhatsApp, in English, and coordinate set-up times with the venue.

Heat, shade and timing
Most Algarve weddings take place outdoors between May and October. Ice lasts far longer in the shade, out of the wind and set up close to the moment it will be admired — so we prefer late-afternoon installs for the drinks reception or dinner rather than midday.
