2. What we collect

What you send us via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, phone, email, delivery location, date, number of guests, order details and attached files.

3. Purposes and legal basis

To answer your request, prepare quotes, fulfil orders and invoice (pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Processors

Requests and orders are processed on our own server and e-mailed to a Google (Gmail) mailbox, which may involve transfers outside the EEA under that provider's appropriate safeguards. Your shopping cart is stored only in your browser (local storage). The site is hosted on an EU server and traffic passes through Cloudflare.

5. Retention

Enquiries that don't become orders: up to 12 months. Invoicing data: for the legal period (10 years).

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
