Terms and conditions

1. Seller

2. Orders and prices

Requests sent through the site are requests for a quote. An order is accepted once we confirm in writing (email or WhatsApp) the price, minimum order, delivery cost and time slot. Prices include Portuguese VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

We deliver to the agreed place within the agreed slot. The customer must provide access and someone to receive the goods. Delays caused by traffic or circumstances beyond our control will be communicated immediately.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 17(1)(d) of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, such as ice. Made-to-order sculptures are also excluded (Article 17(1)(c)).

5. Cancellations

Please cancel no later than the day before delivery. For sculptures, cancellations after production has started may be charged.

6. Complaints and disputes

Write to [email protected] or use the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações). For consumer disputes you may use an alternative dispute resolution body such as the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or CIMAAL — Algarve (consumidoronline.pt).
